Happy Valentine's Day!!

Well, it's been a pretty good day. Although I'm flat out exhausted now! Wish I could go on to sleep, but that won't happen for a while now. *sighs*

I gave Jason 'Madden 2005' for PS2, and Charlie a CD of children's songs that he seems to like. I received a huge bouquet of sweetheart roses and a diamond heart necklace. Lucky me! :)

Of course I did manage to stick my foot in my mouth today. Charlie's teacher at daycare told me that she had a death in the family and would probably leave early. I somehow managed to say, "Well, I hope everything gets better for you."

Of course I meant to say something properly sympathetic, but I'm just not good at that sort of thing. I'm not good with death. But luckily she understood that I never know what to say.

Well...I had certainly forgotten about this. Silly me! Seems I didn't have fun with it after all.

*sighs*

I'm just not very good with the whole journal thing. Sharing my thoughts doesn't come naturally to me. I'm not a social person. But I might give this a go. Maybe. No promises.
